Welcome to OVA Beauty Technology. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our products
OVA Pulse is a personal light therapy device intended for cosmetic use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update our product range at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering & payment
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted via SSL. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at myovaskin@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
5. Returns & refunds
Our full return and refund policy is available on our dedicated Returns page. In summary, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with free return shipping. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected by our policy.
6. Warranty
Every OVA Pulse device comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at myovaskin@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos and design — is the property of OVA Beauty Technology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
